This week, we were finally all back in school. After coming back, my group and I shared our experiences while we were away from each other. We came to a realization that not only us but a lot of people around us are struggling with everything going on, especially with school. As a whole, we decided to make our first published podcast about the struggles students may have over quarantine and online school. While discussing our topics on it, we had to stop and start over a few times, but then we got into the swing of things. This week was nice being able to see everyone again and actually discussing with my group face to face (with masks of course). Hopefully we have more podcasts to come next week and fix our mistakes from this past week.

This weeks goals was to plan what we will donate, and understand we will have to come up with a new project soon. We failed at getting the donations done last weekend due to busy schedules. We hope to go this weekend, if not at least get all of our supplies around to donate. This week we got a better idea then last week of the specific items we have and will donate, and what age groups they would target. We can improve by having effective communication and working around each others schedules, especially with a stressful week.

This week was a difficult week to accomplish goals for our project. With one of our group members out for a week and the whole group out for one day, we didn’t have much time to come together and discuss. Also, being a 4 day week, our time was limited. Despite those factors, three things I am proud of is that we all have items to donate, our family members will be willing to donate, and the organization we connected with is happily taking donations at this time. Two things I regret is not going to donate yet and failing to organize each item we will be donating. If I could give a piece of advice for working on this kind of project it would be to have effective communication with your group, keeping everyone on track.
